The shop was good. Ira in general was very difficult to deal with. Communication was really horrible. But as far as the auto body shop they were very good.

I'm satisfied. It's hard for me to give a number though because my brother is the one who dealt with this for me since I was in surgery when my car was rear-ended. But as far as I know we had a good experience with Travelers the problem is fixed as far as I can tell so far I've only used my car twice well my van twice since it was rear-ended. Because as I said I had surgery so so far so good
