Marcelo was great to work with and provided great service. But the time it took to get in was ridiculous. I requested repair on June 11, 2022 and the vehicle wasn't done until October 20, 2022. You shouldn't have to wait 5 months to get in for a job that takes one week to complete.

We recently dealt with Ira Toyota about buying out a lease. We had an awful experience! They kept pressuring us to sign up for a new lease even after we declined. They did NOT listen!!
