I did recommend the shop to a friend before our car was worked on. I asked that day if we were close to bringing in the car for repair? I thought I was told Mon, Aug 25 which was a week later. Thank you I said and the 25th came and went with no call to bring in the car. Mike called and they said we could bring the car in Wed, Sep 25. No explanation why we had to wait another month. I was able to use my Mom’s car, if we rented a car for 3 months, that would have been a hefty cost to our budget even with insurance helping with the bill.

I wanted to ask if the delay (3 months ) in bringing the car in was from waiting on parts to arrive OR is your shop that busy. I would hope it’s the latter because we did like the work. If it was parts there’s nothing you can do about it.

Like I said, I had a very positive experience here. Every single employee was respectful, thoughtful, and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was right on my car. It was a refreshing difference from my previous experience at a big name repair shop.

I’m very satisfied with the repairs! I was rear-ended in December 2022 and had a very difficult time fighting with insurance companies. My car was previously at another shop I had several difficult difficulties getting them to work on the car. I finally pulled the car from the shop and brought GT graphic masters and collision. It was really the best move— like everyone else they were backed up with repairs. But they did their best to get my car back to me in a timely manner!

The business was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and quote the job. They are a busy shop and prioritize accordingly. So I did have to wait a bit to get in as my door ding was superficial. No worries. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and to the point. When dropping off my vehicle he explained the timeline was dependent on the weather as paint and primer take time to dry and rain was in the forecast. Upon completion of the job the vehicle was returned in great shape and even had a lite detail. I would definitely recommend this shop.
