I would recommend for anyone to take their vehicle here for repairs. The work was perfect, my car looks brand new! The customer service is wonderful, they are very responsive and as soon as I would say my name, they already knew which car it was. They’re just really a good bunch of people, and I truly enjoyed working with them and visiting with them too. It’s a great family, and they do mean it when they treat you like family! It’s a 10!!

They did a great job repairing my 2018 chevy Suburban! I will go there again if I need any body work done. The only improvement advice I have is that I feel as though their communication throughout the process was a little weak. I felt as though I was the one reaching out to them most of the time asking for an update. The auto text (not sure if that is their program or the insurance companies) said the suburban was on track to be completed by 11/30/22 but it wasn't ready until 12/9/22. It was a little frustrating trying to guage when the vehicle would be done because I had to keep extending my rental. This is only brought up in case the owners aren't aware of these types of issues. At the end of the process we received a great product and we are very satisfied with the work!
