The team there is very nice and they do great work. The text updates were a nice surprise. I felt well informed about the status of my car. When I paid for the repair, it was over what was originally quoted, which meant the check from the insurance company that I previously received wouldn't cover all of it. I told him that and he knew exactly what I meant and without hesitation told me he would bill the insurance company for the balance due. Great customer service, thank you!

Very courteous and prompt. A plastic protector shield under engine was not fixed properly and came off on highway day after I picked up car. They also stated that they would touch up an unrelated paint spot while painting parts for car, this was not done. I understand it was not part of repair but it was something they said they could do no problem.
