Lack of communication regarding the delayed completion of repairs and vehicle availability was atypical of Guimond's and a significant inconvenience for us; this slight flaw should have been avoided. No one is perfect. While communication usually eliminates miscommunication and stressful moments, workmanship is the more important and such was outstanding. Guimond's work, service and all other communication was of the highest expected standards and satisfaction was 100%. As with previous experiences with Guimond's from initial contact through repair completion, customer service excellence is top notch and workmanship outstanding.
