Read other comments and you will understand my choice. I have never had autobody work done before, so I have nothing to compare this experience to, but I think this auto body shop needs to work on their communication. The repair was fine, other than the scratches they had to buff out

The repair work was good, but they had to take my car back into the garage for about 15 minutes to buff out 2 scratches that I found when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.

I received a text message saying my car would be ready at 4pm. I showed up at 4pm and it was not ready, they forgot to call me to tell me that it would not be ready until the end of the next day. I received no apology. Instead, Jeff continued to try to explain the details of the brackets they had to order. I did not care about the brackets! I had just been completely inconvenienced, and he did not even acknowledge this, or apologize. When I picked up at the end of the next day, another person helped check me out, and he did finally apologize for not calling. There were 2 scratches on the fender when I picked up, so I had to wait for them to pull my car into the garage to buff them out before I left. This place will never get my business again if I ever needed auto body work, that is for sure. I certainly won't recommend tham to anyone.

If the work on my vehicle had been done properly the first time, then there shouldn’t have been any need to put in a supplemental claim to the insurance company.
