One of the doors that was replaced was not installed correctly, parts that were said to be painted have areas that are scratched or missing paint, and there is a rattle coming from one of the doors or back hatch that wasn’t there before I brought my car in. When I picked up my car, after paying I was given my key and told my car was somewhere in the side parking lot. I would have expected that someone would walk me around the car and review the repairs made. The final total cost of the repairs was around $2,000 more than my original estimate and more than the latest repair statement I saw submitted to my insurance.
