My bumper seems to be ok. I would just tell them to call shop often to check on vehicle and maybe a different advisor who well stay with them to the end, but I would recommend.

When I stopped for information on repairs the man I spoke to was awesome gave me info I didn't have. When I dropped my vehicle for repairs my advisor was very nice said she would be with me start to finish. I didn't like that the day before I was to pickup my vehicle I received 2 speed alerts on my phone my van was speeding at 78 and 82 mph and was atc2 different locations not the shop. I called my advisor said probably the mechanics at Toyota had it calibrating my blind spot sensor and she didn't know I could get alerts. I have Kahu that Toyota installed when we purchased the vehicle. The next day before picking up my vehicle I checked my alerts from kahu they had been erased the history from that day. I picked up my vehicle and my advisor never came to see if I needed anything else. So she was not with me from beginning to end like she stated. I did get a copy of my alerts from that day. I don't know if they had to drive it that speed to calibrate it, and drive it that many times to 3 different locations.

If I could give a score of 100, I would. Y’all were amazing! I brought my car in just to have the handle replaced. You jet me update on everything. When I picked my car up, it had been washed on the outside and inside as well! Amazing place! Very professional. Highly recommend.

From the moment I went to Gulf Coast after the accident my son had in his truck, the people there were amazing. Margarita was friendly, helpful and gave me the information I needed. She helped me set up my appointment for my rental next door. Zoila R. was outstanding. She would call almost every other day to give me updates and worked closely with my son getting his feedback regarding details of fixing the truck. She was top notch and we could not be more satisfied. It was painless and the truck looks amazing...Thank you so much for your professionalism and high standards to make sure the customer was satisfied and exceeded all our expectations.
