Every moment of the transaction was amazing! I was kept VERY well informed by Robert, then I had others calling to make sure I was satisfied with Roberts service. ( which I was!) Then when I picked my car up the lady at the front desk was so sweet and comforting to the lady in front of me, I thought wow she must know her, but then she was exactly the same sweet comforting demeanor for me! What?!?! I love this! Then I looked at my car, it was perfect! Looked brand new! When I got home I got another call to make sure I was still happy! Best experience ever!!!
