This experience has not been a pleasant one, on top of not having my SUV from 12-17 until 1-16, and the take it over there again and Now i am waiting for them to call an let me now the parts are ready so I can take my SUV back. But, if it is not a bad accident and something simple , I would recommend because they did fix a rock dent in my door before and it was a great job and experience!

The paint guys did an awesome job! The response to the things that were NOT taken care of the first time is not good. I leave messages and I don't get return calls so I have to call again and get a little fussy. I am still waiting (over a week now from when I was told the parts would be ready). I am not happy at all. My SUV should have been totally completed when I got it 1-16. It is now 2-6 and I don't expect it will be done until next week.

I appreciated receiving frequent updates of the repair from the shop. Staffs are friendly and efficient, they made a stressful situation more tolerable. The vehicle was repaired within the time frame they promised.
