The end result was a very good job. They messed up the paint job and brought the car out for our inspection upon taking it home and when we saw it we were disappointed they couldn't see the botched up job on our car. It was returned to them for a complete repaint job. So unnecessary. Where is their quality person who inspects the jobs before calling owners to pick it up, it's finished? Another week added on us not having the car plus waste of both our time.

I took three points off because she said she would and never did. Maybe implement the over promise under deliver philosophy. When she said she would give me an update tomorrow, I knew it would be two days from then. We asked to get more stuff than originally planned. Great for you...more money. But it took her forever to get the details about a simple car battery. And she didn’t address the other problem. It fell off her radar and it wasn’t worth to bring it up again. On a positive note, she was sweet.
