Overall, the shop did a great job on the repair (efficient and quick). The receptionist (KC?) was awesome. However, the overall customer service was grumpy. I didn't appreciate a correction or statements from Gary about when I reacted to a high co-pay. I had just flown back from a funeral, which he didn't know, but no excuse for being short-tempered.
