We were satisfied with Gwatney and their auto repair of our Honda the only reason why it’s not a 10 is because it was given to us without a license plate, which is not qwatney’s fault but it was unfortunate that we had to call around to find our license plate, I just wish we would’ve known that the car came in without a license plate before we went to pick it up.

The only thing better than the work the team did was the customer service! The ladies at the front desk, Ms Mary and Ms Melissa, were kind and helpful...top tier! We got more of the same with Ms Trish when the car was finished.

Trish was stellar from my first meeting through delivery today. There was a detail we discussed in the parking lot on the day of the estimate and that was a small ding on top of the hood. Trish said she would save some of the paint and do the small touch up after the repairs. True to her word, she had a small sample of the paint and touched up the ding while I waited to leave. I know how important details are, and without a reminder from me nearly a month later, she remembered and was true to her word From estimate, taking in my car, daily updates by text, and the quality of the finished product, I would never consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.
