i’m totally satisfied with my repair. i left my car in the shop for a couple days. i did get it back recently & i noticed a large scratch inside on my glove compartment. & then there was 2 scratch’s on my hood. i was in a rush that day to pick up my car, i left work & had to go back right away & i didn’t have time to mention those scratches to the lady in the front. i didn’t have those prior to dropping off my car. other than that, the staff was friendly.

She’s kind and compassionate and helps u through the process from the get go. I’m more than sure each worker is the same and I’m really thankful about it all . My car was fixed and I got it back in great condition . So I want to give this place a gold 🌟 star for excellent service !!

Truck is missing molding in the side where it was replaced. The rubber molding between the cabin and the bed is missing space as well as the plastic trim on the back of the stoplight. Scratches were not repaired as part of the accident. There was sprayed over residue all over the one side of the truck that wasn't cleaned out. The mirror that was a replaced doesn't work properly it oversteps on the return cycle and tries to reset two or three times. It seems that Someone used the truck with a chemical abrasive in their hands, and when they use the truck, the shift button got damaged with the chemical, as the plastic material around the button is coming off. Maybe I had over realistic expectations thinking that they would have washed and detailed the truck prior to return it to me. That would have been excellent customer service. Instead I find the truck more dirty on the side that I had that accident, with over spray of some white powdery substance on the side that I had the accident. I was promised by the manager they was going to call me back to get this thing detailed but that was 2 days ago I haven't been called back. I will expect that he would be okay with fixing some of these things,but that's the way I received the truck. In addition the damage were undercoated as I had to wait 13 additional days to receive my truck from what the time they promised to deliver it the first day I had to be without a vehicle for 2 days when my rental car ran out from the insurance. I think if they made a mistake like that they could at least offer to let me borrow a car for the additional two days that my car rental ran out. Not being upset just speaking as a matter of fact.

First of all, when I got hit, my left rear rim was damaged. You all just moved it to the front and stated you all didn’t move anything there. (I have the pictures) Second, the paint job; worst paint job ever. Paint is bubbly, not evened out. Before my truck was crashed, the paint was not bubbly at all. The sides were smooth. Third, you all took off my emblems from my doors and didn’t even bother to put them back. Instead, you all gave me one that is a totally different color. Come on, do better.

I still haven’t finished checking everything, but so far my only issue is that the hood is a little crooked and there is a small gap all around it. However, the receptionist was very friendly and respectful every single time she called me. She kept me informed during the process. I’d definitely recommend Hacienda Ford for repairs.

Mariana called me to set up my appointment, and I asked if I could see the shop beforehand just so I knew where my vehicle would be going. She kindly said yes, and when I visited, I was impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. That gave me the confidence to leave my vehicle in their care.Throughout the entire repair process, Mariana was extremely helpful and maintained excellent communication, always kept me informed. Whenever I wanted to see the progress of my vehicle, Alex would personally guide me and explain the process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease.The whole experience was much less stressful than I expected, and the final results were great.
