This was the best Customer Service I’ve ever had! The rental car company was running late and rather than risking me going back to work late, Hadley IAutobody drove me to the car rental place just so that I could be back to work on time. They truly went above and beyond.

The shop cost me over 200 dollars on repairs done by another insurance company. They locked me out of my Intoxalock twice! And rather than tell me about the second one, they let me get in my car knowing I had one day left on the countdown before a lockout. If you don’t know how to use equipment then say that and pay for your own mistakes!
