I recently had my car repaired at Hadley Auto Body after a hit & run accident. I worked closely with AAA and Hadley Auto Body, and it was a seamless experience. I didn’t feel rushed or anxious throughout the process. The repairs were completed promptly, actually ahead of schedule. They matched my car’s color perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone. I was duped into taking my car there by someone named Michael who lied to me when the tow truck driver called him and asked him how much it would cost to have my car repaired at Hadley in comparison to Pep Boys. Michael assured me Hadley’s could do it for under $1000. Pep Boys wanted $2000. Of course we believed him and of course he lied. 2 days later they said my Malibu was ‘special’ and would cost $1900. 😈Evil bait and switch. I should have read your reviews. You suck. 👎🏻

About two years ago, a tree fell on my Accord while it was parked at work. Hadley Auto Body repaired my Accord, leaving it feeling and looking like a brand new car. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were SO friendly and professional. It was a really great experience. So much so that I purposely drive up Hadley on my way home from work just to catch a peek at the shop from the street (NO lie!) So when my car was damaged in a collision with a wrong way driver on the 605, I knew exactly where to have my car towed and serviced! I trusted my baby a second time to HAB. As expected, we had another great experience! HAB maintained better communication with us than our own insurance company! We appreciated the calls, texts, and emails from HAB. Also, our car was delivered WEEKS before the estimated time of completion. We are SO grateful to HAB for servicing our Honda in now a second freak accident. We knew our car was in good hands the entire time, and HAB did not disappoint. Thank you Mike and team!
