Everyone was awesome! Spoke to Michael on the phone initially when I called in. He was very helpful! Once I had provided the AAA claim number, the shop was able to coordinate my repair with them and it was seamless! When I dropped my car off, I was helped by Jessica at the front desk (she's a doll!!!!) and by Luis who thoroughly inspected my vehicle's damage with me beforehand. I wasn't sure how long the repairs would take but they send daily texts to give you an idea (kind of!) I received a text around 10am Thursday morning saying that my car was on track to be finished by the following Friday (like not the next day...) It was a bit stressful but insurance was covering everything so I didn't worry. Then, at like 1:15pm I received a call from Jessica saying that my car would be ready by 3pm!!!! So amazing! Picked it up around 4pm and the work was impeccable! The staff were all friendly and helpful, their mechanics did AMAZING work. The whole interaction we had with Hadley Auto Body turned something that was a huge stressor/headache into a totally pleasant experience! Thanks so much to you all!
