We were called twice to pick up our car. The first time there was orange-peel paint on two small areas of the bumper that I noticed quickly. I don't paint cars for a living so it was obvious that nobody who does paint cars checked the work... or they did, and just didn't care if it was right.

We had obtained two written estimates from other collision repair places prior to filing an accident report with LM. Those first two estimates were both less than the repair cost at the repair place LM told us we had to take our car to (Hadwin-White). Those two estimates were within $10 of each other and they both also indicated the repairs and the subsequent return of our vehicle would take approximately five days. Hadwin-White originally told us we would have our car in THREE WEEKS!

Fitment of the parts is poor and paint quality is lacking. Several areas of the paint have noticable flaws. I already advise my adjuster who only stated that he would make a note of it. No offer to rectify the problem.
