They did a great job on the repair, it looks perfect! They also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and outside of it for me. The font desk was so easy and nice to work with. My car, a 2026 Camry was severely damaged in an collision. Hadwin repaired it beautifully, as good as new. They completed their work 5 days before they had estimated its completion. Everyone I dealt with there was nice, friendly, actually a pleasant experience.

I wish I had a better memory so I could list the names of those who left a positive impression. The last person who delivered my keys at the end, Tabitha. Friendly engaging efficient, knowledgeable & funny! Great sense of humor. I don't like having to have a vehicle repaired. But if necessary, I'd go to Hadwin White without hesitation. I doubt there's anyone finer.

Finished ahead of schedule. Repair quality is very good. Car was clean inside and outside. Unfortunately an interior part was broken by dealership. We found it inside the car and were told we would get a call to come back in to have it installed. We are still waiting for the call.

I will not be recommending Hadwin White to anyone. My car could have been fully fixed and covered by insurance since an uninsured vehicle was at fault but the collisions department does not keep up with their notes or remember what people verbally tell them. I told 2 people that my scrub guard was damaged in the accident and needed to be on the list of repairs but neither of them did so and now my insurance company will not fix it.

I am insured through AllSate and was sideswiped, pushed off the road onto a curb, and the uninsured drugged driver kept going. Mr.Bob helped me adjust the claim and was helpful but Patrick Elvis lied and said I never told him about being pushed over the curb ripping the under guard of my vehicle. All repairs, other than the underside of my car, were done. I went to pick up my car but it was not completed. I told 2 people at HadwinWhite that the under scrub guard of my vehicle was damaged in the accident but neither wrote it in the report and now my insurance company says Patrick told them it did not happen during the accident and was previously damaged so AllState will not cover it. Allstate told me to take it to another body shop and ask their opinion so I took it to Caliber Collisions and their manager said yes the damage was from the accident and HadwinWhite did not do all the repairs. Patrick even said he never looked under my car at all the damages. I told Patrick in person while we were looking at my car in the back that the under scrub guard was zip tied by my husband because it was dragging on the ground and needed to be replaced. I also told the person that answered Mr. Bob phone while he was with another customer about this, they did not say their name but it was a guy. No one updated my file and are now saying I never said it. This whole experience has made me not want to tell anyone anything good about HadwinWhite and I will not be referring anyone to your shop or sales department because of this. I am being gaslit and manipulated all over a scrub guard that would have taken a 5 minute call by Patrick swallowing his pride saying yes this is from the accident I just forgot I was told, sorry. But Patrick will not do that and is calling me the liar instead. Completely senseless, rude, arrogant, and needs to do a better job.

We had a great experience with having our car repaired. The communication with Britnny from the very beginning was exceptional. She told me everything I needed to know about the car being repaired to how much we would owe and a possible timeline to informing me on the rental car. We received texts from the office with updates on the car and when it would be ready to pick up. Communication and friendliness was great. Thank you all!
