The accident repair was fine. In order to fix the damage the whole bumper had to be painted. My concern is there was 3 or 4 tiny knicks on the back bumper that a small amount of sanding would have smooth out. Instead of smoothing those knicks they just painted over them making it more obvious. A satisfied customer is so much better for business. A couple of minutes of light labor could have made the difference. It’s like me only washing half of the plate because the food only laid on one side. Just a small about of effort and pride in the job would have made all the difference.

Had my Kia Sorento recently repaired at Hadwin White Collision Center. My insurance sent me two choices for repair shops and not being from this area I had to take a leap of faith and I chose Hadwin. I don’t usually get lucky, but I did. From beginning to end, Patrick was very professional and courteous. I had a timeline to have repairs finished and he was able to get the job done even with additional repairs needed that couldn’t be seen on the original estimate. I was so surprised when I got a call that the car was ready a week sooner than expected. I’m almost 60 and have never had that happen on a car repair. The work was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about Patrick and his technicians at Hadwin!
