Did not care for how as a customer, the negative energy of the collision manager expresses.

Was not satisfied with the first initial repair, due to the fact that some of the damage was not repaired on time he first repair. Had to get my insurance company involved to get the remaining repairs done that should have been done at the first visit. The collision manager asked that If we seem any damage that was not handled on the initial repair, bring it back in and let him know before reaching out to any other source. That is what was done , as he requested. The outcome was accompanied by a negative verbal response from the collision manager asked, his tone and professionalism went straight out the window, very arrogant in nature, not what was expected. That is the reason I reached back out to the insurance company to get involved with the final repair.

Not only can you not tell my vehicle was hit at but dealing with everyone in the store was easy and welcoming. No one wants to be in an accident, but if you do, you can trust your vehicle will be restored and in good hands with the guys and girls over at the shop.
