From the first phone call with the claim number to picking up my truck and dropping off the rental...it was amazingly reassuring and easy...better than an Amazon return. The young lady I dealt with was absolutely amazing...kind considerate and very personable...she put me at complete ease that my truck would be repaired and to my satisfaction. The insurance was Geico and the rental was through Enterprise...it was all handled through the repair shop...I was informed of the progress along the way. It was just a truck...repaired or replaced... it's just a thing. The way my thing was treated with such importance...I cannot say enough good words about the Hadwin White people...and it's the people that make the difference...thank you so much for everything!
