This entire process has been top-notch…. From dealing with the person who hit me insurance, to working with you all and my rental car being there for me and then may not needing to bring it back! And regarding haldeman specifically, The staff was wonderful and my vehicle was fixed quickly and looks great.

Good service, Good workmanship. I appreciated the "fit the quarter panel tabs back in their clips" repair. An easy extra, but I would have had to either do it myself or get it done by Toyota otherwise. Car was returned to me cleaner than it has been since I bought it new. It took 2 days to finish the repair, but I had the loaner car to use, so it was not a problem. The only suggestion that I would have would be to use a Ford product as a loaner car. The Subaru loaner car got me where I needed to go, and I did not have a problem with it, but it is a less than impressive vehicle. That impression may be because my Prius Prime is a "top of the line" vehicle with every option and feature. Overall, I am very favorably impressed with Haldeman.
