I got there to pick up my vehicle and when they went to bring the car out to me the window went off track then realized the motor died so they had to replace it immediately.: then realized right before I got in to leave that the license plate was gone… they discarded it while dis assembling it. It was very unorganized but Kevin did everything he could to help me and make it right!

Collision personnel were great. People doing the repairs needs to be more mindful, so batteries don’t run down.

They did a great job repairing my car. The only thing is when picking up the car, it would not start. The battery was dead. Battery is less than 2 years old, so someone left a door ajar which left a light on or something. Don’t know what.

An excellent job. Not only does the paint look great, the inside of the cab appeared to have been cleaned as well. Thank you for a job well done. My mechanic told me he would not choose anyone in Roanoke other than Haley’s. Great recommendation
