The front of the car where the damage was looks great - and it has been running normally. there are now just minor cosmetic things on the part of the car that wasn’t damaged (several scratches and dents) that I’m assuming happened when it was repaired. So thankful to have my car back in working condition after my accident but the scratches were a little dissapointing.

During an unfortunate circumstance of an accident, Kent in the collision shop was able to make it easy to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road. Additionally while it was going to take several hours to get a rental vehicle, I was able to receive a courtesy vehicle to avoid the long wait. True customer service and a great experience!

When I received my car after repair I noticed 3 scratches on the brand new bumper installed. I pointed this out to the gentleman who took back to get buffed out. When he returned it to me, 1 scratch remained and he seemed irritated and like it was a hassle when I asked him to take it back again to get this one corrected. The purpose of the repair was to get the damage repaired. Why should I accept a scratched repair job?
