I didn't feel the process was explained well over the phone. I came in not knowing they wanted to keep the car. On the phone they just said "Bring it in and we will take a look". I thought this maybe meant they would need to take pictures to send to insurance before starting the work. I did not have transportation set up so I had to come back the next day to drop the car off. Not a huge deal. I also asked if new tires could be done during this service - The employee said yes and started to look for a quote on tires. He was having some issues so I said to just call me when he had an estimate - The next call I got was that my car was fixed. The tires were not installed. Overall these were not major issues but I felt like communication could have been better. Thanks.
