We are very pleased with the recent repair of our F150. We only had to make a single phone call and our vehicle was towed and the estimate process began. Toby Hamby was great at communicating with us throughout the entire process of handling the insurance claim and the repair of the truck. We received a text message regarding the progress of the repair every single morning. After the repairs were completed, the pickup and payment of our deductible was quick and easy. The truck looks beautiful. A vehicle accident is you hope to never experience, but if it happens you hope to have a dependable body/repair shop that you trust and count on- like Hamby’s has been for us. We would highly recommend Hamby’s Automotive for their service and customer support!

I guess my problem would be with the scheduling dept. You guys had my car 14 days on a job that was quoted for 5 costing me alot in rental fees that the insurance company will only reimburse for half
