I highly recommend Hewatt’s Collision! My son was rear-ended, and I was pretty nervous going into the repair process because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with insurance-preferred body shops taking forever and not communicating well. Since my son is too young to drive a rental car, I was especially concerned about how long he would be without his vehicle. Hewatt’s completely exceeded my expectations. They communicated extremely well throughout the entire process, kept me updated on the status of the repair, and got the work done much faster than I expected. I also really appreciated that they gave me the option to upgrade certain parts to OEM since my insurance policy wouldn’t cover them. They clearly explained my options and let me decide what made the most sense rather than just moving forward without discussing it. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service, communication, and turnaround time. If you’re dealing with a collision repair and want a shop that keeps you informed and gets the job done efficiently, I would absolutely recommend Hewatt’s Collision.

Communications are un surpassed starting with when I introduced myself before State Farm assigned. The claim from them on communications were 110% as was the professionalism explanation and listening.
