Ive come here before and my daughter too. Never a problem. I was told my car was gonna be ready on a certain date. They also said, if things were delayed or postponed from that date, they would contact me. Morning of pick up date, i was told that car would be ready that afternoon. I had given my rental back that morning. Honoring the words i was told. I waited and never got a call. What happened to my call to inform me of the stauts???? Next morning the friendly staff APOLIGIZED but i lost half the morning still waiting on my car. Just wished somebody had called me so i couldve known and not wasted my time waiting for a pick up call. I had to use 4 hrs of leave.

I am beyond satisfied with a job well done. Customer service from the service department and Collision team were OUTSTANDING!!! Big thank you to the guys in the body shop for a wonderful job along with those who detailed the car after all the repairs and maintenance. I will definitely recommend Hamilton Nissan to everyone I know. I also enjoyed getting updates on how and when to expect everything to be finished. Thanks again for everything!!!
