Very nice to work with. Stayed in contact with me. Work was done well; can't tell where damage was before repair. Car was ready on the promised day and was clean inside and out. Would use them again and recommend them to others

After pickup, once the sun went down, I noticed that the passenger side headlight was out. Juan assured me that the matter will be resolved, however, it will require another 2 hour drive (one way) to return to Hamilton Nissan for repair. Also, the left side of the bumper keeps popping out and has to get pushed back in. The alignment also seems a bit off. Other than that, the repair was timely. I was kept very informed throughout the whole process. Juan was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I do not have any negative feedback on the repair process. The car drives like a dream!! I would definitely refer others but I most likely will not return for repair or service given the distance away from my residence.

Our passenger side front door worked all the time before we took the van in to get the deer damaged fixed and now it doesn't work. We took it back in and was told the door is just wearing out.
