The quality of work appeared excellent. The only reason I did not rate an 8 or 9 is the communication. The car was originally supposed to be there 2 weeks. It ended up being 7 weeks. I understand they are busy and the fact the roof needed to be replaced changed the nature of the project.. There was no communication on this. I needed to keep following up and no one could provide an accountable estimate. Again, the work seemed to be very good.
