Your receptionist was extremely nice and pleasant. They repaired my car in 5 days and did an excellent job. Although I had minor damage, they said that the job would be complete in 5 days and it was! Also a plus was that my car was completely clean on the inside and outside. No other body shop, to my knowledge, ever details your car as part of the repair job. I definitely will refer my friends to Hampton Collision.

Staff, especially the lady at the front desk, made the entire process so easy. Communication was awesome and I knew the progress of my car as it was being repaired. The rental car process couldn’t have been any easier. This was easily the best experience I’ve had with a repair shop.
