Our goal is to provide high quality repairs and customer service in a timely manner. We accept most insurance claims and are a direct repair shop for many insurance companies. We also provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including calls, text and emailing our messages to vehicle owners.

Most people i know work Monday-Friday 9-5. So dropping off and picking up their car is hard. I had to take the day off for both picking up and dropping off. So that is a deal breaker for me.

My biggest issue is not for your team, but your business hours. Most people work 9-5 Monday thru Friday. My suggestion is to add 1 hour to your business day, ending at 6pm or change your hours to 10 - 6pm (or a small set of hours on weekends). This would help many to not have to use vacation time to just pick up their car.

Service was fine. It was the Monday-Friday 9to5 was my biggest frustration. Everyone in my family works Monday-Friday 9-5. You dont even have weekend hours.
