Was provided an estimate substantially lower than insurance estimate. As soon as Lithia received the USAA estimate, you raised repairs to the exact penny. Since damages were estimated over $7000 they had to put body shop and my name on the check. I was anticipating that repairs would be what the estimate was that I was provided. The difference was over $2000

The front quarter panel molding and body work is poorly done. The molding is not secure to the panel and sticks out and you can easily tell that there was damage. I was told there may be some minor cosmetics since the repair was body work versus replacing and painting, however I was very disappointed in the outcome. It is very noticeable and not even close to what I was expecting.
