The customer experience I recieved was amazing! The body shop team was excellent! From the 1st call for repairs to being able to pick my truck when it was completed, after hours. I really appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect in the process of getting truck back to me in even better condition. Again the body shop department was exceptional! Thank yoy so much!

Dent on inside of car, the car smells like a strong glue, I have a horrible migraine from driving it for two days now, and while it?s beautiful on the outside, I?m pretty upset about the inside.

The car is gorgeous on the outside. The inside smells horrible and has a nasty dent! I missed it and didn?t see it until after taking it home and cleaning out my rental- two hours later!!! THEN I was handled with some serious questioning as though I had done something to my car in the mean time- when I literally PARKED my car DROVE THE RENTAL to the Mint and cleaned it- and didn?t lay eyes on anything until hours later when my son, whom sits there, states; ?mom there is a huge dent in the door.? Gah. On the way home from picking car up from where I had parked it to go clean the rental. And they had not laid eyes on the car since the car had been dropped at lithia to be repaired. Let me state again: LOVE the exterior- love the people- felt like I was being accused for the dent somehow- but I am still taking my car back for more work in the future. Just checking the car over inside and out before leaving or signing anything this time, so I don?t feel like an idiot again.
