I had a great experience. Everyone was super helpful and willing to work with me as I came from Wyoming. My only thing I noticed is some minor marks, possibly scratches, from what I think might be resurfacing? Especially noticeable on driver side door. The detailing of paint match and all the things needed done were spot on. And to come back to a new car, it felt brand new I almost didn’t think it was mine!! Thank you SO much!!!!

Was very willing to work with me and get me in at my convenience as I was coming from out of state. Left a fan unplugged which caused my engine to overheat and my coolant to boil

I had a lot of help in getting the process started and how willing the body shop was willing to work with me to get my car in since I was coming from another state. However since I sent an email informing them of their mistake, I have yet to be checked on or have someone communicate back with me and I am a little disappointed in how things are being handled.

Our car was sideswipe fron rear to front. We took it to Hanks and they worked their magic. Also they did all the negotiations with the insurance company. We have used Hanks in the past and they are always top notch. I would like to thank them for all the work involed and communication with myself and the insurance. Always 5 star service. Thanks again.
