It was so wonderful to talk with Christy. She was so understanding and helpful when I couldn't get there for over a week to get the car because I had ti help my daughter with her 12 month old son because she got covid and needed grannies help badly so she made sure that I was able to get my car on a Sunday. I've used Hanks before and have always had very good service! Thank you very very much from this very tired grannie after watching a very active little man. 😃
