The amount of time requied to complete the repairs (16 days) was excessive and when I finally picked it up there were visible gaps where parts replaced weren't fully aligned as if a final quality control didn't happen and I had to bring it back

Every thing was smooth and painless from drop off to pickup. I was informed about the status of vehicle multiple times even when there was a delay. They informed the rental car company of the delay to get an extension. This has been the best experience I have had with a body shop. Thank you.
