I needed my vehicle back before a planned vacation and had requested a needed inspection and emissions test and Collision worked with Hanover Toyota's maintenance department to get everything completed so that I could pick up my vehicle at the end of the day Friday. They also communicated with me regarding how long I would need the rental and allowed me to drop it off at the collision center and called Enterprise on my behalf so I didn't have to. The repair work was also completed a week ahead of schedule!

When I dropped off my vehicle Ashley took it upon herself to recognize and then ask if I wanted/needed an inspection and emissions test without me asking and I was stressing that I would not be able to get it done before the end of September. This took a worry off of my plate. There were a few instances where I called and was unable to reach anyone for updates, however, collision did reach out with major updates via phone calls.
