Left a message requesting explanation of estimate as I had gotten 3 and yours was avout 900 dollars then the first one...never received a call back. Very disorganized when picking up my car nobody knew I had to pay my deductible until I informed them. Never received any follow up paperwork with rental car to make sure everything was ok and closed out

So far, the repair turned out fine, as I expected. The timing and lack of communication was questionable. I was lucky enough to not have to utilize a rental car, but I canât imagine everyone would have the same ease I did personally. Iâm not sure the point of the text system, if it isnât actually accurate. Iâd gladly explain more of my timing and communication concerns if contacted. As of now, I plan of explaining these same concerns to my insurance company as it was a huge hassle Iâd love to save others from enduring.

At every point in the lengthy process of accident repair, there was good communication, accommodating helpfulness beyond the ordinary, and friendliness. I have been so very pleased and grateful with the 5 or 6 different relational connections at Hanover Collision. And my car is beautifully repaired, which is primary, of course, but feels almost secondary to the great experience! I will always highly recommend Hanover Collision.
