The only lacking component they we ran into was communication. I am not certain why because our advisor was very polite, respectful, and always followed up when we called. We began to wonder if he does not have a support team that is well-staffed or is there someone else in the company that should be reaching out to us with the updates. It didn’t seem to us that should be on his plate as well as repairs.
