No need to contact me, I am sure Jerry knows. Basically I was told my car would likely be finished on Friday. A text message was sent the Wednesday before stating all was going well. I never heard anything from Hanover collision until I called Friday afternoon. I was told there was additional damage and more time was needed. The over all repair took 10 days. The insurance company was contacted, but I wasn't. Just put a bad taste in my mouth. Repairs seem to be excellent, but I picked up the car in the dark. Still need to review in the day light. Thanks
