I can't say enough good things about Kim at Hardin County Collision. From the very beginning, she helped me navigate every step of the repair process after my son's accident. Dealing with insurance and vehicle repairs can be overwhelming, but Kim patiently answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. What impressed me most was her kindness and professionalism. At one point, the other party involved in the accident actually came into her workplace to look at the damage and became confrontational with her. Even in that difficult situation, Kim remained calm, professional, and continued to advocate for us. I truly appreciate everything she did. I hate that the accident happened, but I'm grateful it led us to Kim. She went above and beyond, and her compassion and customer service are exceptional. If you need collision repairs, I highly recommend Hardin County Collision - and especially Kim. Thank you for making such a difficult experience so much easier!

Day after picking up repair, I took back to shop to show bumoer/lr quarter panel not connected, looks like it did when taken in fir repair. Tailgate latch too tight, like it's jambed in too far, pops when opened. Need to "drop it off" again creating transportation issue without van for day or three? Under warranty so I should be provided a courtesy vehicle as insurance won't give rental.
