First thing, Kim was beyond amazing. She and Bailey welcomed me into the shop, then Kim thoroughly explained the process and time line. She and the team stuck to the schedule and had my truck back on time. I'm a Toyota owner but would return to the HCH Collision Center to anyone because of Kim's professionalism and commitment to excellence. My truck is as good as new and I was kept up to speed during the entire process with informative phone calls (from Kim and Bailey) and timely text messages. I highly recommend this collision center and can't speak highly enough about Kim and Bailey. Thank you to Kim and Bailey and to the guys behind the scenes for rebuilding my truck after a deer wrecked it.

I recently used another collision center nearby and the Hardin county Honda collision center was 10x better and faster. The other center kept postponing my pickup date and HCH moved it forward multiple times. The other place left trash in my car and HCH cleaned the back seats and trunk too when the damage was to the front end of the car.
