Very professional. Very friendly. All my questions were thoroughly answered. Kim kept me informed every step of the way. Honda Collision had my car looking like it just came off the assembly line. They totally cleaned the inside and out, which I wasn't expecting. I was totally pleased with my overall experience.

Kim was excellent from beginning to end! She kept me updated throughout and offered a cost saving alternative when she was unable to get an additional headlight for less than $900. The service department buffed out my old headlight and made it appear brand new! My car was cleaned inside and out. All involved went above and beyond. Throughly impressed and it's a great comfort to know if I ever need their services again that they're there. Thank you so much Kim, Bailey, the service team and all involved at Hardin County Collision. You're the best!

Kim was amazing I was so impressed with the entire staff I don't feel like y'all took advantage of me in a new way as a woman looking for work on a car it's hard because you don't know who's taking advantage of you and with Kim being there as a woman helping me and understanding the situation I was in meant a lot to me I would let everyone know whoever he's worked on their vehicle to give you guys a call thanks again great guys great guy great job
