When you have someone’s vehicle, communication is key.

My husband stopped by on the day that the vehicle was ready to be sent to clean up and pointed out a few minor flaws in the paint on the bumper. Our insurance company had approved to replace the tag and tag bracket. When my husband showed up those two things had not been ordered yet. The gentleman he took outside to show the flaws in the paint tried to tell him that the tag bracket was new when it still had animal hair on it. My car had to set for several more days due to parts no being ordered.

Called several times no one was answering the phone. No one ever picked up the phone to call me to say that my vehicle was ready so when I called in the lady, I spoke to said it would be ready in a few hours the parts had come in.
