From a severe lack of communication, to mistakes made which increased the total repair time, to the low level fit and finish of the repairs, to the fact that our vehicle was actually released back to us with 4 low tires (one of which was at 10psi), I'd say that our experience was not a positive one.

The bumper that was put on the van is crooked and we believe it was either used or bent in shipping. Also the plug that was installed is not the proper plug in order to tow my trailer. I had a 4 prong plug on my van and a new one was not installed. I cannot legally tow my trailer now. Also, when I initially picked it up, I noticed the back doors were crooked. A repairman did have to come out and fix the doors so they weren't crooked anymore. I would have thought there would be more attention to detail than that.
