The collision center has 32 bays for vehicles in need of body repairs. We staff 2 estimators, 2 Customer Service Reps, 1 shop foreman, 7 auto body technicians, and 2 auto body painter with 2 helpers. All staff has ongoing I-CAR training and all body technicians have their I-CAR welding certifications. Ford Certified Collision Center. As usual, the staff was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a very good job fixing my vehicle and finished it 2 days earlier than promised as they knew I did not have another car. Amber was terrific.

After State Farm included the additional repairs on the claim everything was taken care of. I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs done however areas for improvement would be when I finally picked my car up it was not detailed on outside or inside-I’ve always had this done after collision repair work and communication could be improved. My car was in the shop for 7 weeks and I had 3 total conversations about it all of which I initiated. Whenever I would call Amber quickly addressed my questions so that was very helpful.
