The communication from Preston was helpful and timely. He took his time when I dropped off the vehicle to point out all the possible damage. Preston was out and I assume the manager helped me when I picked up my truck. Forgive me, but I cannot remember her name; she was very nice and helpful. The ability to drop off the rental vehicle is top-notch. That really made my life so much easier.
